Raising 33% of its current MC is a pretty big raise imo. Sounds like they want to be set in concrete to move forward thinking they may not be able to get another cr over line without significantly growing the resource. Could be this would have to be close to the bottom SP as last time it sunk to around these levels or maybe a bit less a couple of years ago before recovering.
