Producing YOW requires raw materials - chocolate, the shells, the inclusion plus labour etc etc. At the time of the capital raising they had just over $1m in funds so where could they have got funds from and only just started significant roll outs in Walmart? Oh that's right you proposed that they should have been selling YOW in Australia during that time.

That would require finding Aus suppliers, negotiating terms, etc which takes time which YOW management almost certainly wouldn't have had. They could have obviously hired a senior management team for the Australian market, but they didn't exactly have a lot of money did they? Maybe the fact that YOW sent a shipment to Australia but then shelved the plan should tell you something.
