It tells me that management can be trusted to make a strategic decision to focus on the US market. It tells me that management were smart enough not to spend $600k of their limited capital commissioning a machine that would have sat idle for 6 months. I have no idea how much stock management has on hand, how quickly they can ramp up to meet demand and how constrained they were from increasing production prior to the recent capital raising and I fancy neither do you. But I'll take managements assessment of likely ability to ramp up production to meet demand.
