    I recall management saying:
    We're gonna have a share buyback!
    We're gonna list on the TSX!
    We're gonna build a power station!
    We're gonna work hard for the next 3 months!
    We're gonna start work in the Utica Shale!
    We're gonna get results from SA!

    The list of "gonnas" gets longer and longer. It's about time they start to deliver and put their incentives to good use.
