What about a simple announcement "We have secured a deal"

Rather than announcements with documents that are written in legal jargon to "protect" the selected few. Along with share price movements that really do leave the average investor bewildered.

What about the long suffering shareholders. Give them something to hang their hat on rather than disguising the company's lack of meaningful achievements in legal claptrap.

Get the product to market and secure a financial contract.
