One thing that caught my eye in this announcement was:
"initial term of two years from the commencement of production and covers Plant commissioning and initial operations and contemplates Plant expansion."
No mention of a value attached to the agreement but does this suggest that CMCCA may contribute to the final commissioning of the plant or that the agreement is dependent on the commissioning and operations of the plant?
It would still be nice to see some kind of value put on these "agreements".
