This is an agreement for the supply of material to feed the plant and the purchase of product from the plant. If the plant is not up any running, methinks apg won't be buying pickle from anyone and no one will therefore be buying any product: there won't be any. So ipso facto, this statement may have to be true.
And the other question I have already speculated on and has now been questioned again; is there a funding agreement in here to get the plant operational. I hope so. And let's face it; if a Co thinks a deal with apg can realise a super big bottom line, a small cash outlay to get this going quickly may be in everyone's interest. Anyone want to call MT. cheers jwt
