These are all 'ifs', but if Brainchip is moving into this new HQ on the 15th and the new CEO may have been involved in where and how it will look, then I'm guessing these discussions could have been taking place as far back as September. This means they could have already decided on a new CEO then.
This seems to align very much with Remi's departure of Intel. When he made the announcement in October he said where he'll be going will all be revealed in a few weeks time. Anil also said in the farewell comments he'll be in touch. If it is to be Remi, then an announcement could be only be days away. This is all just a hunch of course.
