It increases the intrinsic value of IPR, even if the market is not in the mood to recognise it yet.
The likelihood of success in the Oracle case has now improved significantly. Any proceeds from this action could be years down the track, or could be soon if Oracle wants to limit their liability by giving a faster, lower settlement.
Either way, very positive news.
Hopefully the market wil begin to value IPR's suite of cases, and give the share some EV above and beyond its cash position (which it is still well below).
