SHARE PURCHASE PLAN

We refer to the Icon Resources Ltd (ASX Code: III) announcement dated 6 March 2009 and confirm that the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) issue has now been completed and raised $354,760 through the issue to 118 Icon shareholders of a total 7,095,200 million ordinary fully paid shares. The Plan entitled shareholders in the Company, irrespective of the size of their shareholding, to purchase up to $10,000 worth of shares in Icon at 5 cents per share. The Icon Directors are pleased with the response from shareholders to the SPP and confirm that the funds raised will be expended in accordance with the plans set out in the SPP documentation.
