My reading of it is that the existing notes that have been drawn down will be converted at 6c but that all new draw downs will be at the VWAP discount.

That is a good outcome i believe as when you think about it, when those notes were drawn down, the SP was well under 10c anyway, and the 20% VWAP discount would have resulted in a conversion price of 6c anyway.
