No he didnt. I think its terrific that they were able to settle the dispute. After all, Noble Investments own a truckload of BRT stock and will do very very well out of it. So lets leave management to focus on managing!

I know its strange that nothing has come out since the halt was lifted, but it cant be too far away can it. The announcement did say "further details will be provided... following approval by the Licensor of the announcement".

So its just a waiting game for the powers at be to approve the announcement. Im sure the company, whoever it is, will want to coordinate some sort of press release themselves, and given they are in the US, then really they have only had one day back in the new year (yesterday).
