I haven't posted for a while as another stock is my "big one", but I really appreciate the effort you have all put in on the research department.
From the last announcement it is pretty clear that they are in negotiations and I agree with others that this could well be the legitimate reason that flow rates and other specifics have not been announced.
It's also pretty clear that the flow rates will go a long way towards establishing the lease value ...as would a JV farmin or strategic sale.
To those who think that its sacrilege to sell part of the family farm ...well it depends what other farm you can buy for the family.
Exciting times ahead.
