EVE has released information to ASX, like the THC agreement and entering new markets! I believe many of the announcement never came to fruition? The THC arrangement has never been mentioned after the board informed ASX and shareholders! If that's is the case are the directors obligation to tell us why it's not happening? I believe the board is in breach of ASX listing rules if we shareholders are not updated the reasons for all of these failed announcement! Should not ASX investigate EVE and it's Directors the reason for the delays, or why these announcement never seems to have come to benefit the company? And if that's the case, how can shareholders get the ASX to see if EVE is in breach of ASX listing obligations?
