Crash I think that was referring to that it may take 2 years or so for the UCG expansion plans to come into affect.
Having said that, legal matters quite often drag on and can be quite time consuming.
As of yet we don't even know the exact allegations. It is heartening that LNC has stated these are not related to any environmental water concerns, also that whatever it is has not left the property and is from older tech no longer in use.
For myself, on present available info, the timing of all this appears quite suspect indeed.
