re: tiger ten announcement- results- tigerten Not holding this, but watching with interest...think it has potential, but market is fickle and the company is not in the best shape by the look of their balance sheet. Still this can mean nothing if they prove a up something decent. Like tigerten said, ann badly worded...these jnr mining companies really need lessons in putting postive spins...
Anyway heres a miningnews article on the ann...

Strategic Minerals extends Woolgar strike
Brad Ricks
Monday, May 26, 2003
DRILLING at Strategic Minerals' Woolgar gold project in north Queensland has unveiled significant mineralisation to the southeast of the Explorer prospect, extending the structure by 120m.
Strategic Minerals conducted an RC drilling program with 23 holes put into Explorer and only two did not intersect gold.
Some of the better intersections included 8m at 10.7gpt from 113m and 11m at 14.7gpt from 82m.
Strategic Minerals managing director Wally Martin said the ore zone within the Explorer structure shows pinching and swelling typical of epithermal veins and the high-grade pods outlined are all within 80m of the surface.
Martin said the company would follow up these results with more drilling of the Explorer vein to the southeast in search of continuation of the mineralisation.
Meanwhile, recently announced joint venture partner for the project, Canadian major Barrick Gold, is finalising preparation for a detailed low-level aeromagnetic survey over the main gold mineralised area at Woolgar next month.
Strategic Minerals shares were unchanged on the Australian Stock Exchange at 23c a share.
