The 15/10 is the potential netting-off date for Opes VOTING purposes. I don't believe for a minute that ANZ would be foolish enough to make an offer based on this date, but using that date as a basis for voting could make it easier to get any offer voted through.

The bottom line is, if a substantial offer is not put forward and accepted, ANZ will have this exposed in court, starting 8/10 (Beconwood). Stay tuned.
