Work completed by AZC might add up to 10% if they are lucky however the agreement would without doubt free the deposit to APG if they didnt comply and finish the bankable feasability study as agreed.
Somehow I dont think a little sampling and testing and looking for water earns 80% :)
In any event there is more than one way to skin a cat!
APG and Astron did without doubt adress this potential issue pre agreement. This is the first issue I raised with APG when I saw the announcement for agreement to sell.
I was told it had been adressed by both parties and all scenarios have been discussed and adressed.
So, something is up their sleeve!
APG have allways conducted business fairly and in an ethical manner and would not have enetered into a contract with Astron knowing of potential legal action.
Anyway, Im sure one of the three barristers and APG supporters on this forum have a better idea as to what is going on and the process but to me the injunction by AZC should see a hearing in a matter of a couple of weeks ( not APG weeks but court weeks) and then we will know how everything is progressing!
As I said earlier why would they enter into this agreement if they knew it was legally flawed.
