Eastlands advised the market on 6th. Sept. that it had entered an agreement to purchase the Sth. African based needle and syringe manufacturer,New Promex Corp..The 30 days allowed for due diligence has been extended for a further 30 days.
Ergo, there should an anns. this or next week.
Considering the flood of positive anns. last month it is most surprising that stock holders appear to be affected by litigation between another company with similar name to Eastlands,and RiTract.
It is just that "a company with a similar name" and nothing to do with Eastland Medical Systems Ltd.(EMS)
