You make a fair point . However you are not comparing apples with apples . The majority shareholder, I assume you mean Genorah , would not be selling their entire interest in the project as they still get the upside of the 26% BEE component they hold As the project moves forward .Minority shareholders would be selling their entire interest with no upside from the development of the mine. So they would get a premium on the majority as Genorah would have factored in some jv financing arrangement they will be the eventual benefit of .
On a separate matter - no announcement has been made about the majority shareholder selling or agreeing to sell their shares so how do you know any deal they may or may not have made ??
