It could be a corporate executive training exercise but I think that they are a bit more serious than that about it.
Regardless, they were very sloppy turning up to court without the relevant documents. What were they thinking???
Perhaps the real goal as many of us suspect, wasn't to present a case against APG but to panic the holders and put pressure on the company. When that didn't work too well a way had to be found to postpone matters without really having to walk away from it all.
FWIW I think that MT is (and has been)playing a very cagey game. Whoever this coming deal is with will be added to the mix to get the bidding war going. Nothing would please me more(OK a dollar a share might lol)than for Kronos to be thoroughly checkmated AKA stuffed.
