    a value buy. I agree with you. Everyone expected yesterday's result and I think the reduced offer was disingenuous and that Sigma are just looking for a bargain below fair value.

    I bought strongly today and the stock actually closed 1c above the level it was trading at when the reduced bid was announced.

    At $2.20 they are just saying they don't really want to own API. They will not get my holding at that price.
