    re: a value buy. Syringe you probably right and Sigma may want out. They have enough on their hands at the present time having recently integrated Arrow into their systems and radically changed Customer Service operations.

    No way will the major shareholders or any others take $2.20. I expect API directors to reject Sigmas latest play on Monday and close off discussions and access.

    I believe API can turn it around in 12 months so current SP is a good BUY.
