Surely buyers are not that stupid- it's just a nice round number - just like 20c, 50c or even $1
Currently there are over 150 buy orders for 10c worth $1,576,000
I know it doesn't work like this but 150 sellers drives the SP to 15c
IMU could well and truly close today at 13c
