We need to remember Mr Roget is known to only look after himself. Look at listed companies he has or is invovled with. He gets involved and puts the company in all kinds of strife. For lack of a better word he is scammer.

It would not surprise me if he is trying to gain control so that DMN can buy some other business that is in a loss position that he himself owns or is invovled with. If he is trying do something like that it would not surprise me if he gets a commission for arranging it too.

We all need to vote against anything Mr Roget proposes as he is very bad for the company. I almost sold all of my shares when I found out he became a substantial shareholder last year.
