    WPL and STO are also down despite an oil discovery by STO. HDR seems to have attracted much, possibly all the attention of the traders of the Mauritanian explorers on the Australian market. This is good and bad, but it does mean that the ride is rougher.

    Production will attract a different type of investor and volatility will be less. The traders are having a last go at it.
