Under the Agreement CMY has agreed to acquire the Scotia Cobalt-Nickel Project subject to the satisfactory completion of due diligence by CMY in respect of the Project by 21st April 2017.

The recent rise in SP was primarily due to the acquisition of Scotia Cobalt - Nickel Project (cobalt price double to all time high) with many new investors on board or increasing holding due to anticipated announcement plus the new fever in MM, all IMO
