bqt appears to be holding solid above .09; new buyers coming in at that level and looks like there could be something on the way. No doubt been a disappointingment, but one good govt deal would surely see it re-rated. ive made money trading the spikes in the past, although lost some of the gains in my free carried holding in the downtrend. spec hold.
