Wrong....They will get "0" from any discoveries that are based on their genetic tools.
They can only license the Genetic tools (map) that their Patents cover.
I personally think that their Patents are watertight as do many others that specialise in Genetic/Biotech patents.
Not even the large companies can touch their patents,the argument was that previous patents were ignored by research institutions and the Patent holders just turned a blind eye.
GTG has shocked the Bio world with their strict enforcement of their Patents and they have every right to do so.
The rules of the game has changed thanks to GTG..
