NSX Ltd shares have been placed in a trading halt pending the announcement of a possible transaction with a third party.
"NSX is seeking a trading halt in order to permit confidential discussions between NSX and a third party to occur in relation to a possible transaction," the holding company of the Stock Exchange of Newcastle and Bendigo Stock Exchange said in a statement on Wednesday.
The trading halt will last until the announcement is made or until the start of trading on Friday.
