3m shares in SPI ( trading at 10c) is about 5% ownership in SPI for PRW or if you add in the 3m shares PRW get and the unlisted SPI shares ( about 25m, according to the latest 3B), is about only 90m SPI shares in total, PRW have about 3% of STI now, plus retain 30% of the 7 tenements plus keep the two main tenements plus the new applications to the NW and SE. $120,000 cash and reduced the exploration costs of the 7 tenements allowing PRW to concentrate on the key lindemans bore drilling.
