It looks like it is approved, yet not final. Must be hard to get all of the banks involved to all sign off in time. With the way the banks are going at present getting this approval is no mean feat,it must have been pretty funny to watch. The old I'm not signing until he does routine must be still dragging on...
They must have a lot of confidence in AFG pulling off their restructuring though.
Well done AFG and here's hoping for bigger and better things from you in the future.
