This quote comes from the official announcement a few days ago - could this "renewed " strategy being announced tomorrow be why there were an astounding 4 BILLION SHARES( "2 billion dollars !! in my best Dr Evil voice !!) Thats right Billion with a B not million shares traded in GPT just today.

I am hoping that the announcement he predicted here will explain what has happened in the last two days and I would PRESUME this would be good news.
