BY - I'm not that bright, but even I don't buy that excuse.

So, by saying that, are you implying ESI management knew that the $4 mill would not be delivered before the 26/7 because they have stated twice now that the monies were due and haven't been?

If ESI assumed that Monash would hold the funds until the 26/7, is it smart by ESI management to be making anns about funding timeframes?

No BY - ESI have simply been repeating what they have been told by Monash. If that is the case, and Monash were always going to hold the funds until D Day, can ESI then trust anything that Monash or Neil promise they will do in future and within certain timeframes?

It's either one or the other BY. Your statement either means:

a) ESI knew all along and have misled SH's in their anns?

or

b) Monash have known all along and have misled ESI?

Which one is it?

Additionally, Monash (or whatever entity they will use) - are they increasing their 300 mill ESI and 300 mill ESIO share value or decreasing it by delaying??

Would ESI then have to create a contingency plan a week out from 26/7 if it was a done deal???

No BY - the $4 mill seems to be in strife and I will be very suprised if it lands in ESI bank account tomorrow.

I will profusely apologise if I am wrong as I am sure you will BY if the ESI cookie jar is bare tomorrow - agreed?
