Its not just the workover rig that has to be organized , there would also be storage issues etc, and all equipment needs to be connected and tested. This would take time. Yes its mid July now, so only a day or so late. Good volume means people are reading themselves for rig to flow test soon. Haven't been that late in the past. However have never been early.

Don't forget oil services companies are booming, and don't know where to send equipment first, and if they have equipment, they have staff issue.

If you are a trader, and don't like waiting , well sell. But I'm sure most people have at least a 6 month and beyond time frame, as some exciting drill coming up as well and importantly some production in 2009
