re: announcement - placement? The AGM ann., on 20 July indicated (Resolution 3 and 4) the company wished to issue 100 million shares at 3c minimum, and 20 million options to “helpful parties” exercisable at 5c by Nov 2007.

Resolutions 3 and 4 were passed at the AGM as per ann., 19 August.

Yesterdays trading halt included in the text the following “ .... announcement to ASX regarding execution of an agreement for a placement issue of shares”.
