My feeling is that a corporate transaction means one of 2 things.
1. A new cornerstone investor
2. A purchase of another company/product/service
My gut feeling it is the first option and may well be a health company taking a stake.
However, happy to be wrong and if it is the purchase of something which adds value then the way I see it is a win-win.
Have been slowly accumulating this one despite the worries and concerns (rightly so) of some posters.
