The use of the term 'corporate transaction' is interesting. I cannot recall having seen it before. Transaction implies an exchange of money (I think, but could be wrong). It could be someone buying in and an agreed price but surely that would require shareholder approval. Perhaps we are buying something, but then do we have the money with the CR not yet finalised? I just have no idea, which makes Tuesday a long way off. However, surely it cannot be bad.
