Corporate transaction and Trading holt says to me the deal is agreed and nearly done, some of the top shareholders would have a lot to say about a cheap takeover if it is will have to be huge and have shareholder approval? sounds more like a corporate alliance or JV with big Pharma ? transaction and payment? why the $5 million capital raising ?? this is exciting , Tuesday too far away.
