Why is everyone assuming takeover?

"We anticipate the immediate use of HepaFat-Scan will be in a clinical trial in Australia..."
Sounds very specific to me, HepFat-Scan approved, next step A clinical trial. Could be something along these lines where "Resonance Health has strong credibility working with large pharmaceutical companies for over 10 years in their global trials."
