Not sure about this.
At first blush, seems reasonable - continue to negotiate while petitioning the AG. Counters some of the WDLAC's rhetoric.
Only problem I have is that the probability of the AG overturning the ruling would seem low (?) given the politics involved.
Seems to indicate that there is little actual current progress with the ADLAC / Martu.
