    re: announcement upgrade rang company I am getting very wary here. they have an upgrade on the resource, but rpt but they only have permission to mine 1 billion tonnes, after that then it
    is back to negotiating with palmer for the excess of that 1 billion tonnes - so what further dilution happens then? any thoughts anyone - I'm just a sweet little old lady with brain cells diminishing daily...
