Eric had commented in his conference call and in quarterly report that there are and will be ongoing upgrades to the pipes and valves. Until this is completed (please correct me if I am wrong),the plant cannot run at full capacity if at all

With no firm time line - there will be question marks about capital raisings
The CFO indicated there was no immediate need to raise additional cash - The key word here is IMMEDIATE
This new thread is totally relevant to issues facing Lynas Corporation. If there were none of these problems facing Lynas Corporation - the share price would well and truly be above the current levels and I would have a position with a sentiment of buy
Until we know the plant is capable of operating at full capacity, if at all, I will not hold and maintain my position of a sell
