why did this company fall from 20c to 10c? or 40 to 20?
they raised money at 40c?
eventually the market wakes up to debt.
It is the achilles heel to capitol managment and dillution.
If your cant stay afloat with production cash flow to manage it, then dillution is inevitable.
Agree that crux is a good asset, they ought to just sell it for best price, and erase the debt, then they would have cash backing, and long tom making decent returns, without the anchor around its neck of the finance charges.
200m debt right now, looks ugly.
