This is an excellent point.
I think the share price has already been affected by the directors failure to keep to their previous statements and their sales of millions of dollars of shares. Let's face it. If there was an immenent announcement and they had faith in the company Chandler and Revely wouldn't have sold over $1.5 million in shares at an average of around $2.72. Cue the following short term share price drop.
If they did clarify the "announcement well before..." situation we may find the drop is already baked in. My opinion only but your statement is certainly very astute and thank you for your contribution.
