I am also referencing company rhetoric as well as personal comment all of which has been made to the market by a director and board not by Jim Carey in liar, liar! The annual report states "Finally, perhaps the company's primary operational goal for 2016 is to negotiate an agreement, or multiple agreements..." This is in October and signed by order of the board. You comment that they have another 12 days to make an announcement of some kind. My post is simply asking, in the global "your" opinion do they have to make some sort of announcement?
