Would be interested to hear what Toby had to say to you regarding the cause of delays, the stage of the contract progression, or the maturity of the negotiations. I hope you asked these questions and didn't just talk about the supposedly manipulative hypocrisy of HC considering the amount of complaining of management you profusely proliferate through these threads ... couldn't see you as having too much authoritative credibility on here yourself, otherwise.
