Unfortunately, no details provided as expected however the tone implied the deal would not be going ahead and details regarding resumption of trade would have to be worked through with the ASX.

I suspect the limited info provided was done so with full knowledge that the conversation would be relayed on HC, allowing for debate/speculation to lessen the shock when officially announced.

My own interpretation of the conversation, I hope I’m wrong.
