Totally agree with you in that we just bought a viable business that will be cash flow positive from day one!

No debt, and cash flow positive. That goes straight to the bottom line.

Only 2 weeks ago Hartleys put a valuation of $4.80 based around the then 50,000 acres at EOK.
We have now more than doubled our holdings, and have bought a business with over 80 existing wells.

Hartleys valuation was based around "an interest in 20 wells by end 2009".

By the end of 2009, imo we will have over 100 wells.

Now value that!
