Excellent news again.
The scope of the JV's reserve is quite unfathomable. I imagine that both partners have nothing but "wild guess work" as to just how much oil is contained within this JV.
IMO CVN must purchase their own rig (or rigs). This is both for their other JVs (Thai) and to potentially lease to their joint venture with POE.
The company is cashed up and has decades of targets ahead. Shareholders always want smart use of the companies cash, and no shareholder could argue that CVN's own rig would be a waste of cash.
